Burntstick Lake Campground

What people really like about Burntstick Lake Campground is the tranquility and majestic view of the mountains.

This recreation area is located 3 km west and 15 km south of Caroline. The lake is about 3 km long and has an abundance of pike, perch and walleye.

Burntstick Lake offers something for everyone, including boating, fishing, water skiing, camping and a picnic area. A small store is available for your convenience. The sandy beach, boat launch, ATV staging area, playground and horseshoe pit provide enjoyable options for visitors.

Burntstick Lake campground is open from early May until the middle of October (weather permitting). There is always something happening -

Fireworks every long weekend.

September Long Weekend is scary Halloween

Saturday afternoons are for the kids (big & small) at 2:00 pm - free for all.

On Saturdays at 7:00 pm join us for a potluck supper.

The campground has 63 campsites, eight tent sites and a group site (the sites are not serviced; however there is potable water). For reservations call (403) 722-3456 (reservations are not mandatory). The rate is $22.00 per night per sleeping unit. Call for group & monthly rates. Dump Stations are available in Caroline at the Village Campground or at the Clearwater Store.
